I'm Neli

Senior Designer with 10+ years of experience creating visual identities, illustrations, websites, and marketing experiences mostly for B2B tech companies, always from concept to production.

I don't think design should be a cost centre. When brand, copy, UX, and business goals are aligned from the start, design stops being a support function and starts driving real outcomes. That's how I work and it's also why I care about what happens behind the scenes — building scalable asset libraries, streamlining workflows, and creating the systems that let teams execute consistently.

Most recently I was Art Director at Leapwork, where I led the evolution of the brand and oversaw all marketing touchpoints across web, campaigns, and events. I’m currently open to new opportunities and always happy to connect, whether it’s to discuss a role, collaborate, or simply grab a coffee.
