I'm Neli

Designer (brand/ graphic/ visual), illustrator and mid-level animator. I work across visual identity, art direction, illustration, and creative operations, leading and executing design for campaigns, events, and websites. I’m particularly good with abstract or technical topics, creating visuals that are simple, engaging and connect with your audience.

In my last role at Leapwork, I’ve partnered with senior stakeholders to align design with business goals across the website, key sales pitch decks, campaign visuals for social and paid channels, and events. I evolved the visual identity to put the product in the center of the visual storytelling and connect better with prospects, customers and partners. I created a Design process wiki that designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders relied on to stay aligned, and built asset and template libraries in Figma and Sharepoint that helped the whole organisation work consistently at scale.
